DTSV is a premier provider of strategic communications, public affairs, and outreach and awareness, a knowledge base that underlies the work we perform for all our clients, as well as the services listed below:

- Development of and updates to products intended for public or stakeholder consumption
- Material updates to government clients’ websites and SharePoint sites
- Assistance in the management of communications activities and efforts
- Support of strategic communications and public affairs activities between different departmental components, federal departments and agencies, public and private sector organizations, the media, and state or local governments
For example, DTSV performed material updates to DHS.gov and relevant SharePoint sites, and coordinated the relevant communications and related activities department-wide and between DHS and other federal (including the Executive branch), private sector, media, and state and local partners.
