“I am a Senior Project Manager of DTSV’s PaDaCap2 subcontract for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in Alexandria, Virginia, a position I have held since 2007. As Senior Project Manager, I am responsible for the overall management of document repository system for all U.S. patent application submissions. In this capacity, I manage the process of scanning, indexing, coding, and quality control of hundreds of thousands of patent applications per year.
My primary responsibilities include establishing and implementing program policies; directing and controlling scheduling, planning and execution of production and operations; ensuring effective cost control of the total program;
and establishing high quality assurance controlling to meet both internal and external customers’ expectations.
