DTSV provides personnel and services to federal civilian and defense agencies.
DTSV, through a joint venture called LDRM, provides DOS with a wide range of consular pre-processing activities for non-immigrant visas, immigrant visas, and diversity visas to support global visa operations. These services are provided at the National Visa Center in Portsmouth, NH, and the Kentucky Consular Center in Williamsburg, KY. Our services are aligned to four categories: national security, customer service, logistics and administrative support, and management.
DTSV provides USCIS with files and records operations support services at the Potomac Service Center. DTSV worked closely with the Government to bring this Service Center to full operational capacity to process approximately 1 million adjudicated applications and petitions per year.
DTSV provides the USPTO at the Department of Commerce with massive-scale document review and processing services; workflow system development and implementation; helpdesk/troubleshooting support; quality assurance; program analysis and support; and a wide variety of administrative support services. We have been supporting the USPTO since 1995.
DTSV has provided the DIA various document review services. DTSV also has provided helpdesk, document conversion, event planning, and mail services for DIA.
DTSV has provided the Civil Division with high quality records management support for active litigation records and archived record storage.
DTSV has also supported the following agencies on over 70 contracts over the past 38 years:
