Will leads DTSV as President/CEO, overseeing DTSV’s awards of federal contracts valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars. During Will’s tenure, DTSV has experienced significant growth in areas such as automated workflow system development and implementation and massive-scale document review and processing, which have become hallmarks of the company. Prior to joining DTSV, Will was Sr. Director of Enterprise Sales at Symantec Corporation, where he led an organization responsible for $100 million in annual revenue. Prior to Symantec, Will served as General Counsel of URLabs, Inc., a software company specializing in content management that was sold to Symantec Corporation. Will is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization and of the Virginia Bar. Will received his MBA and JD, cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh, and his BA from the University of Virginia.
